1. A Good Practice Guide for Community Food Initiatives
HFfA has developed a Good Practice Guide for Community Food Initiatives which provides practical advice on setting up and running a CFI for low-income groups. The Guide was funded by the Social Inclusion Division, Department of Community, Equality & Gaeltacht Affairs and Department of Health and Children, Ireland and is now available for download.
2. Community Food Initiatives Programme 2013-15
Healthy Food for All is managing another three-year Community Food Initiatives Programme. Funded by safefood, the Programme aims to positively influence eating habits of families in low-income areas.
3. Demonstration Programme of Community Food Initiatives
Healthy Food for All is managing a three-year programme, funded by safefood, that aims to identify and create models of best practice through funding seven CFI projects across the island of Ireland.
4. All-Island Community Food Initiatives On line Directory
Healthy Food for All is compiling a database of Community Food Initiatives working with low-income groups across the island of Ireland. The aim of the directory is to provide a forum for CFIs to raise awareness about their project, and to act as a resource for people interested in finding out what is going on in their area.
